Refund Policy – Paddle Express
At Paddle Express, we understand that travel plans can change. That’s why we offer a simple, no-questions-asked 24-hour refund policy for all our tours and rentals.
✅ Full Refund Guarantee
If you need to cancel for any reason—whether it's weather, illness, travel delays, or a change of plans—you’ll receive a 100% refund, as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour or rental.
🌧️ Weather or Emergency Cancellations
If Paddle Express must cancel due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, whichever you prefer.
❌ Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, except in the case of emergency or injury. Please contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Note: Indexic booking fees are non-refundable.

🕒 Late Arrivals
Guests must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled tour for Paddle Talk and safety briefing. If you arrive late and miss the safety talk and group departure:
You may be rescheduled to the next available tour if space allows.
If no tour is available, you’ll be moved to a self-guided rental instead.
Refunds are not available for missed tours due to late arrival.
