Refund & Deposit Policy – Paddle Express
At Paddle Express, we believe adventure should be simple, flexible, and stress-free. We understand that plans can change, so we’ve made our policies as clear and fair as possible.
✅ Full Refund Guarantee
If you need to cancel for any reason—whether it’s weather, illness, travel delays, or a change of plans—you’ll receive a 100% refund as long as you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour.
💰 Deposit Policy

A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled tour.

Bookings made within 7 days of your tour require full payment at the time of booking.

Deposits are fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 3 days in advance of the tour.
🌧️ Weather or Emergency Cancellations
If Paddle Express must cancel due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule—whichever you prefer.
Your safety and experience are always our top priorities.
❌ Cancellations Within 24 Hours
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund, except in cases of verified emergency or injury. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Note: Indexic booking fees are non-refundable.

🕒 Late Arrivals
Guests must arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled tour for check-in, Paddle Talk, and safety briefing.
If you arrive late and miss the safety talk or group departure:

You may be rescheduled to the next available tour if space allows.

Refunds are not available for missed tours due to late arrival.
